If you’re intrigued as we are by Raging Stallion’s upcoming flick, “To The Last Man”, then you’ll be even more intrigued by this recent post by the adorable RJ Danvers, who gives a bit of inside news about the scenes he’s filming this weekend: he’ll be doing a three-way with Tristan Jaxx and Jimmy Tripp and a one-on-one with Bo Matthews. According to RJ, the location is “a totally remote area of Phoenix, AZ”, so we’re not sure what to expect by way of scenery. But we’re guessing it’ll be something between “abandoned strip mall” and “subdivision-in-process”. Regular readers of Fleshbot know that there’s been no shortage over the years of fancy photographer types who have set up their camera on the edge of a porn site to record their impressions of what making a dirty movie is “really” like, and although some of their efforts have turned out better than others most of the results are generally pretty much the same. Not so with the work of Dennis McGrath, however, who has recorded the on-set goings-on during various Porn Valley productions over the past several years. Even if no less an eminent authority as Fleshbot Crush Object Kimberly Kane Herself didn’t call it “the most realistic look at what it’s like to be on a porn set in the valley I’ve ever seen,” McGrath’s photos are noteworthy for the way they seamlessly blend the workaday aspects of the skin trade with those occasional moments of sheer, unadulterated hotness that make all that tedium and standing around worthwhile.

As occasional visitors to porn sets ourselves, we can definitely say they’re the next best thing to being there—minus the crafts service table and the smell of melon-scented body spray in the air.

When we tell you that a comedy website created a video about directing porn movies, there are very few possible outcomes. But what we couldn’t predict about Matty Kirsch’s visit (in a pith helmet!) to the set of the not-very-overhyped “It Ain’t the Partridge Family” was that star Nick Manning would come across as the only serious one in the group. Must have been an introspective day.
